Spread across the two floors, the elegant interior furnishing was just updated in 2024. This home is ideal for accommodating family gatherings and hosting private guests with comfort and ease. The traditional floor plan with kitchen, dining room, lounge area, garage with additional refrigeration freezer space and game room occupies the first level. The game room lounge area will include a ping pong table, card and board games and a large smart TV equipped for family movie nights or sports games. The patio outside the game room features a huge pool, outdoor shower, and a deluxe gas grill. The location is known for the July Fourth firework display, providing a magnificent view of Sea Isle, Avalon, Stone Harbor, and the offshore firework shows. Additional benefits include free Wi-Fi, Cable Television and Smart Televisions - All bedding, linens, bath towels and beach towels will be provided with the rental for an additional fee. *PLEASE NOTE* the pool does not have a heater. However, the pool receives generous sun exposure. *LINENS* There is a $466 linen fee added to the lease on top of the rate. All beds will be made with fresh sheets.
