Matt Brunner

Matt grew up spending his summers in Avalon with his family.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University where he double majored in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance.  After graduation he became a financial planner working with high-net-worth business owners.  He specialized in Estate Planning and Investments.  He always had a passion for real estate and became a VP of Sales for Resource Real Estate based in Philadelphia,  Then Matt followed his true passion for real estate to Avalon to join Bob Scully's team as a licensed Broker-Salesperson.  

Matt takes a hands-on approach with his clients and can give them sound advice to help them achieve their dreams of owning a shore property or getting top dollar if they are looking to sell.  He has extensive knowledge in building, zoning, renovations and the overall market.  Outside of real estate, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Elyse, and their daughter, Dylan.  He also enjoys wake surfing, boating and traveling.
