As a part of your stay, Ferguson Dechert offers the Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan (VRDPP) for a $55 fee.

This protection covers up to $ 3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

If something accidentally gets broken or stained, please call our office at 609-967-1000 and we will send someone out to take pictures and document the damage. A claim would then be submitted to the insurance company and the owner would be reimbursed. There is nothing further that you need to do.
